The coffee maker was unusable in our room, and I had to join other guests in the common area. The walls are far from soundproof. I could hear someone snoring. I expected more-maybe a room upgrade for my trouble-yet received none, just like every other guest. I almost thought well, but just couldn't.

Enjoyed the stay, it was memorable for 2 nights. Everything in this fairly clean hotel was first-class. The staff were helpful and excellent! Our room was reasonably large and spotless with a view over mountain. The location was incredible, just a short stroll away from a rail museum.

Central location was a plus. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop. My room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a seating area.

beautiful old heritage house, quiet residential location, comfortable common area
Coffee machines in rooms need better placement!!! The ski storage area could use more organization!!! The decor feels a mix of random items rather than a cohesive theme!!!

The location was perfect for family strolls into town and the ski facilities looked great. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh baked treats.
In my wife's opinion, the lounge could have stayed open longer for evening relaxation.
